These Terms & Conditions govern all flight bookings made via the Oistay platform (website or mobile app). By using our services, you agree to these terms, as well as any updates that may be published from time to time.
1. General Terms
- These terms apply to all flight bookings made on Oistay.
- By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
- Oistay reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at its sole discretion.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to real-time availability and confirmation from the respective airline.
- Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and ticket issuance.
- Fare prices are dynamic and may change until payment is completed.
- A non-refundable convenience/processing fee will apply per passenger per booking.
3. Passenger Details
- The passenger's name and details must exactly match the valid government-issued ID (for domestic) or passport (for international).
- Any discrepancies in name or travel details may result in denied boarding or booking cancellation without refund.
4. Check-in and Travel Documents
- Domestic Flights: Passengers must check in at least 2 hours prior to departure.
- International Flights: Passengers must check in at least 3 hours prior to departure.
- Passengers are responsible for carrying valid and complete travel documents, including:
- Government-issued ID (domestic).
- Valid passport, visa(s), and health certificates (international).
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations are governed by the airline’s fare rules and Oistay's cancellation policy.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment.
- Refund timelines may vary based on the airline and can take 7 to 30 business days.
- Some fares are non-refundable and non-changeable.
- Oistay charges a service fee for processing cancellations.
6. Amendments and Rescheduling
- Booking modifications are subject to airline policies and applicable fare rules.
- Charges may include:
- Fare differences.
- Airline rebooking fees.
- Oistay service fees.
- Certain fare types may not allow changes.
7. Infant and Child Policy
- Infants under 2 years must travel with an accompanying adult and are not entitled to a separate seat.
- If an infant turns 2 before or during the return journey, a child fare must be booked.
- Children aged 2–12 will be charged as per child fare rules.
8. Promotions and Discounts
- Promo codes and discounts are for individual use only.
- Misuse (e.g., commercial or group bookings) may result in cancellation without notice.
- Discounts cannot be combined or transferred.
9. Service Limitations
- Oistay acts solely as an intermediary between the traveler and the airline.
- We are not liable for issues related to airline operations, including delays, rescheduling, or baggage loss.
- All operational responsibilities lie with the respective airlines.
10. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance, if offered, is provided by third-party partners.
- Claims and disputes must be handled directly with the insurer.
- Insurance fees are refundable only under limited, predefined circumstances.
11. Force Majeure
- Oistay is not liable for disruptions due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or airline strikes.
